When a company have Group policies they have enabled the add-ins they want to use, this through using Group Policy. To enable the Excel Add-in the comany need the correct name of the add-in (that you will find below) and then allow it. Follw the step-by-step guide below to solve this group policy issues:

Step 1: To solve this issue, the user needs to find the Dna admin name and make it enable.
To do this, open excel, and go to the "Options"-> "Add-ins" -> "Manage Disabled Items" -> Find add-in that stars with Dna.xxxx.xx.

Step 2: After that: Add this add-in name into the enabled add-ins in Group Policy.
