Infront tab and ribbon missing when I open Excel

If the Infront tab and ribbon do not appear in the Excel menu bar, then it means that the Infront Excel add-in is not loaded.

To fix the problem, please try these troubleshooting steps:

• Check that the add-in is installed and can be loaded manually.
• Make sure that the add-in is automatically loaded at Excel start-up.
