When customers run into problems with the Excel Add-in the problem usually occurs due to the computer list separator settings. To adjust the computer settings to follow the Excel Add-in standards, please follow the step by step guide below.
Step 1: Search after the "Region settings" in the Toolbars.
Step 2: Click on the "Additional date, time & region settings" to open the next menu.
Step 3: Pick the "Region" menu to open the next settings menu.
Step 4: To unlock the last and final settings menu you will need to click on "Addditional settings".
Step 5: The last and final step is to go down to "List separators:" and then choose the ";" alternative in the roll-bar.
Now you are hopefully good to go and fully use the tools and functions in the Excel Add-in.
